Abstract:

The influence rule of process parameters on forming quality is the key-point of stagger spinning research, and the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation are the important indexes to evaluate the forming quality of spun workpiece. The process parameters of tube stagger spinning were analyzed based on orthogonal experimental method, by taking the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation as the evaluating index,and the influencing sequence of the process parameters on the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation was obtained. The result shows that during the tube stagger spinning, the influence sequence of the ovality and straightness is that feed ratio > total thinning ratio > axial offset; and the influence sequence of the wall thickness deviation is that total thinning ratio > feed ratio > axial offset.
