Abstract:

The master cylinder sealing structure of the hydraulic press was investigated. The influence factors about the guide sleeve to the V-shaped seal were analyzed. An improvement scheme was proposed and a new guide sleeve was designed to transfer the axial force on the guide sleeve to the flange, in order to eliminate the additional force on the V-ring. According to the role of the gland for the sealing, the selected requirement of the screws was analyzed, and the structure of the shim was redesigned. The structure of the new shim is simple, and can control the thickness accurately when regulates the pressing force of sealing.
