Abstract:

For the common multiple drawing parts with the large ratio of height to diameter, in view of traditional progressive stamping process and die having such drawbacks as low material utilization, process complexity and no die versatility, a new structure design model of automatic transfer die structure was provided, and the design points of the workpiece delivery system and body structure of the die were summarized. The die has such features as typical structure, high efficiency, safe operation and good versatility, and it has a good value for the stamping die design of small multiple drawing products in such fields as hardware products, automobile parts and electrical appliance accessories.
