Abstract:

The grid scribed is one of the important for the research of metal sheet forming plasticity. A new technology based on the thermal transfer was introduced. The grids printed on the thermal transfer paper could be transferred easily to the metalsheet by the thermal transfer machine. Due to its high efficiency and precision and little damage to the metal sheet, the technology could be used widely in the plastic deformation experiment.
