Abstract:

The main design content of the automobile stamping process planning was discussed in detail, including design task, input conditions, design principle, etc. The main components and their functions of modern stamping workshop, each function area layout planning and personnel allocation list of stamping workshop were introduced. In advanced stamping workshop, it reflects not only the improvement of automation level, the promotion of production rhythm, but also the lower cost of stamping parts, the improved quality and so on.
