Abstract:

The impact loading model, inverse kinematics model and dynamics model of the DDS forging manipulator were established according to analyzing its impact loading during the forging process. The loading conditions of the lift cylinder and the assistant cylinder were researched respectively from the view of dynamics and statics. Conclusion shows: (1) The loads on the lift cylinders decrease and loads on assistant cylinders increase with the proceeding of forging;(2) When the cylinders are designed, the carrying capacity of the lift cylinders is referring to its loading conditions on the lowest position during lifting process and capacity of assistant cylinders is referring to its loading conditions during forging process.
