Abstract:

Aiming at the lack of rigidity caused by deficient drawing and small plastic deformation of the shallowdrawing smallcurvature coverage during the forming process, taking rear door of typical small curvature coverage of automobile body panel as an example, the drawing die was designed with appropriate addendum and binder surface, and the simulation analysis of the drawing was conducted by Autoform. According to the simulation results, using orthogonal test, the size of the blank holding force, drawbead and coefficient of friction were optimized,which solved the lack of stiffness and small plastic deformation of the cover during the forming process.
