Abstract:

An automotive enforcement panel was simulated and analyzed by Dynaform software. The phenomenon,such as wrinkling and fracture were effectively reduced by changing of blank size, blank holder force (BHF), friction coefficient during the drawing process. The accuracy and reliability of numerical simulation was verified by experiment and contrast, which provides guidance for the actual production.
