Abstract:

The working parameters and the control mode of non-standard servo hydraulic screwdown cylinder in mill screwdown system were determined and checked. The transfer function of hydraulic screwdown cylinder with the elastic load was obtained to check the hydraulic resonant frequency. The PID controller of servo hydraulic screwdown automatic control system of mill was designed and simulated to visually obtain the trend and variable quantity of controlled object output with the input parameter variation. There is an important reference meaning to the technical transformation of screwdown system of similar equipment.
