Abstract:

Deep-drawing process of bearing seat of supporting roller was simulated by sheetmetal forming software Dynaform, the linear regression model of relative punch radius and maximum thinning ratio of wall thickness was built, and the formula of maximum thinning ratio of wall thickness was derived, whose validity was verified. The difference between experimental results and calculated values is 1%, which can more accurately reflect the relationship of mould size and thickness uniformity.
