Abstract：

Aiming at the problem that there is no native low-cost manipulator for stamping automatic feeding in the battery production, a manipulator for stamping automatic feeding in the battery production, which is suitable for native small and medium-sized enterprises was developed on one`s own. PLC, which is economical and practical, was used in the control system, and the way of circular cylindrical coordinates was used on the arm. The design of numerical prototype in dummy was carried out by means of ADAMS software, and the feeding test for manipulator was finished as well.
