Abstract:

Product quality, the service life of mould and machine tool were affected by increasing vibration caused by higher speed of crank press. In order to study the effects of clearance on dynamic characteristics, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was established in RecurDyn based on JF75G-200 type of slider-crank mechanism. On the basis of an ideal model, the hybrid contact model considering joint clearance was added to discuss the influence of joint clearance on exciting force. Through the RecurDyn and Matlab co-simulation, the influence of clearance on amplitude was analysed. Thus, the results can be adopted as references for designing of high-speed press dynamic balance.
