Abstract:

Blank forming is the preparation stage of blade forming. Using finite element simulation software Deform-3D,the process of blade extrusion blank forming was studied by means of coupled thermo-mechanical,which to research the laws of the process of extrusion blank forming with different parameters(temperature, top die pressing speed and friction factors)and optimize the process parameters. According to the simulation results, the optimal parameters are that the temperature is of 1020 ℃,the friction factorsis is of 0.3 and the top die pressing speed is of 800 mm·s-1.The load-stroke curve equation is established.
