Abstract:

Large diameter cupronickel tube with high valueadded for ship was developed using largetonnage smelting and casting units,press machine and drawing machine and soon. By tracking the casting, extrusion and stretching and annealing processes of products on site, the process parameters were optimized. The final product chemical composition, microstructure, oxygen nitrogen content, mechanical property and fracture test were analyzed and studied. Through the optimization of process parameter adjustment, Φ219mm×4.5mm BFe10-1-1 large diameter cupronickel tube with the performance met the national standards and customers requirements was successfully developed, and the mass production was achieved finally.
