Abstract:

The applications of the new numerical control stamping-cutting composite technology and equipment in the production of heavy-truck frame vari-section longerons were presented. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages and complexity of the current production technology of the vari-section longerons, the numerical control stamping-cutting composite technology was proposed. And the composition, key technical parameters and technological characteristics of the equipment were introduced. The actual application shows that the numerical control stamping-cutting composite technique improves the production efficiency and precision obviously.
