Title:Environmental suitability research on lubrication system of some kind of high-speed punch

Abstract:

In order to quantitatively analyze the environmental suitability of high speed punch, the lubrication system was chosen as the research object. The lubrication system was divided into twelve units, each corresponding to a failure mode, and the system failure modes were analyzed first. Then based on the marking criterion, the risk priority number (RPN) method was adopted, so the failure mode criticality analysis of lubrication system was obtained. The actual environmental impact factor e was introduced, and based on FMECA results, environmental damage index E of each units was obtained,and it was used to characterize the environmental suitability. Research shows that the percolator and the oil distributor have the poorest environmental suitability, and should be improved first.
