Abstract:

A fine mesh parts for some product gas filter is of special structure. In the forming process, for the screen material has poor forming liquidity, and are easily to be broken and deformed, and the size testing is not accurate, it is difficult to work out qualified parts. As a result, in the view of the structure of the parts, material characteristics of wire mesh and forming method, the fine mesh processing difficulties were analyzed. In the original method based on the analysis of the process, by adjusting forming fiber direction, the perform size, the size of die forming surface smooth transition, refining the forming steps,and curing the test method,the qulified parts with the fine mesh filtering capabilities were worked out successfully. Through process test and production processing and assembly, it is proved that the improved parts are of stable quality, beautiful appearance and the qualified percent is up to 98% or more.
