Abstract:

In order to provide theory basis for optimization, manufacture and fault diagnosis of hydraulic forging press, the dynamic performance of the rigid-flexible coupled model was studied taking the 315 t hydraulic forging press as the investigation object. The advantage of pre-stressed structure was investigated based on modal analysis. The approach to establish the rigid-flexible model was proposed and the relationship between the dynamic performance and time-varying load was presented based on the ADAMS platform. The results show that with the pre-stressed structure,the stiffness increases and the elastic deformation reduces effectively, and the negative influence of the unbalanced load is eliminated effectively by the balancing cylinders.
