Abstract:

 According to the process requirements of crank press and servo motor controlling principle, 1600 kN multi-link AC servo press was designed. The flywheel and clutch were eliminated. The flexible and intelligent control of the servo press was realized. The software program of the control system and several operation interfaces in monitor program were developed. The transmission system and AC servo drive control system of the press were introduced. The mathematic model of six-link rod was established. The calculated results show that six-link rod has obviously amplified drive power. It is conducive to further optimize the mechanical structure and reduce the cost of the servo press.
