Abstract:

Taking the contact spring’s stamping process design as an object of study, according to the process arrangement method of bending part and the layout design method of progressive die, the contact spring‘s process design in bending and cutting waste was studied. The results show that based on the stamping structure characteristics, using the method of sectional bending and segmental resection of surplus material, arranging alternately bending station, cutting waste station and space station, the die structure can be optimized. Using the lifting block with removing chips function to lift strip, the limiting block to control stamping height of the mould, the guide board with elastic press device and the bending punch to press strip, the offset and the rebound are controlled effectively. The precision of contact spring is guaranteed.
