Abstract:

Centrifuge is used to simulate the linear acceleration, pneumatic loading and other experiments of aircraft under complicated conditions. The hanging basket is centrifuge key-module of cylinder parts. Based on the special structure shape and mechanical performance requirements of cylinder, the process schemes were studied, such as material selection of barrel, blank making, etc., and the new process route of “hydraulic press + four stages + three fire” was designed. The results show that the process solves a series of problems, such as material anisotropy,poor compactness and comprehensive mechanical properties,and the hanging basket cylinder is in compliance with technical requirements.
