Abstract:

Using Dynaform software, the influence law of process parameters, such as die clearance and pressure on the straight wall cylindrical deep drawing parts overall dimensions and wall thickness was simulated and analyzed under the condition of different radius of deep drawing die. And the optimal die radius of the deep drawing pieces was obtained, the value of which is smaller than empirical formula calculation results. Comparing two different die fillet radius of the deep drawing test, the accuracy and scientific of the numerical simulation results relative to the empirical formula is verified, which has certain value reference for the optimization of the deep drawing process of such parts.
