Abstract:

The overall structure, workflow, pneumatic system and PLC control system of the warm extrusion automatic feeder manipulator were researched and analyzed, and the manipulators control system design was emphatically introduced. The manipulator workflow was formulated according to the warm extrusion production requirements, and the corresponding control program was completed using Mitsubishi FX2N-48M-type PLC control. Finally,the design scheme of the warm extrusion automatic feeder manipulator was formulated. The practice results show that the warm extrusion automatic feeding is realized, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency and safety are improved using the above scheme. And the control system is very flexible, which can be altered according to different process requirements.
