Abstract:

Taking 50000kN hot die forging machine unit as a research object, starting with equipment efficiency analysis, the reasons affecting the efficiency were pointed out. Problem diagnosis and analysis methods were taken to find the primary cause of the equipment fault and waiting.  Then the corresponding strategies were presented. The problems, such as the high temperature of shaft in intermediate frequency furnace and the pipe connection were improved. As a result, the net production time was increased by 17%, as well as the  productivity was increased by 28%. The enterprise production volume could meet the market requirements and achieve energy saving effect simultaneouslly.
