Abstract:

The forming process of the drawing part with flanging was researched, and the research results were analyzed and compared to determine the reasonable forming process scheme; the blank size of the drawing part was estimated by Dynaform software so that the calculation process was simplified, while numerical simulation analysis of the forming process for the drawing part was carried out and the rationality of the forming scheme and the process parameters were verified by preliminary simulation results; the drawing die was designed, the die was tested, and the qualified product was produced finally, the die-testing results were compared with the simulation results, and the good consistency was obtained. This method provides a practical reference value for the forming process of complex rotating drawing parts.
