Abstract:

Based on the structure characteristic of TP_Body of the combustion, three forming methods for TP_Body including the stretch-draw forming, stretch-wrap forming and bending forming were expounded. By analyzing the forming characteristic of every department of TP_Body, the forming die should have the edge-pressing ring with reasonable arrangement of stretch-draw stiffeners,which could adjust the resistance for the material flowing in order to improve the forming quality. At the same time,by analyzing the causes of the defects including the tear, material thinned, crinkle and stretch slip, the measures for controlling forming quality were discussed from the aspects of the material choice, punch direction design, roughcast dimension and shape design, the edge-pressing ring of the forming die design and the forming operation.
