Abstract:

Because the manufacturing accuracy of yoke parts is very high, so the accuracy requirements of feeding must be guaranteed when the multi-for-bit-level progressive die is applied. In order to avoid the adverse effects of the glitch to feeding and punching, the necessary measures must be taken in the mold structure.Due to the large thickness of the material, the cut will have a greater rebound, so the bounce when stamping is cut off needed to be resolved. The multi-position progressive die program which using the fixed pitch through the side of the blade and the removed excess material  was adopted, e.g. the technologies of double carbide insert block bearing on strip, lift material nails instead of the floating roof, discharge screws casing, installing the binder mandrel were used, which solved a number of issues, such as the strip precise positioning, hole turned down affecting the feeding condition and stamping worpiece flying out when the tamping was cut off. The mass production proves that the mold structure design is reasonable, which can meet the requirements of the mass production of thick and high-precision parts, while, as for the other similar multi-position progressive die designs, there is a certain practical significance.
