Abstract:

In order to reveal the impact of process parameters on performance of connecting rod bushing , the properties of connecting rod bushing after power spinning and heat treatment were studied using quadratic regression orthogonal experiment. The specimen after power spinning was heat treated,then tensile test was conducted.The effects of parameters such as thinning ratio,feed ratio and temperature of heat treatment on tensile strength, elongation and reduction of area were obtained,and the optimal combination of process parameters and the regression equation of tensile strength, elongation and reduction of area were obtained.Through the experiment,the process parameters met the performance requirements of connecting rod bushing were obtained.
