Abstract:

The stamping technological characteristics of installing bracket behind accessory instrument panel ontology was analyzed, and the multi-position progressive die was used for production. The design of part layout, die structure and key components were introduced. The automatic feeding mechanism to coarse positioning, accurate positioning by pilot pin and two types of floating material device were used to guarantee the feeding precision. The way of step punching was used to reduce punching force. The material of DC53 was used for punch and female die insert to improve die life and reduce machining operations. The results show that the die is running well and the quality of product is retentive, which meets the anticipate effect.
