Abstract：

The large pitch 260 mm single-grouser track shoe belongs to special-shaped forging sheet category, which is the key part in caterpillar engineering machinery traveling system of vehicle. After analyzing the product characteristic, the forging process development in large pitch single-grouser track shoe was put forward and the forging scheme was determined after tests. According to the force situation and metal flow law during forging, the half-closed die of pre-forging and closed die of final-forging to produce the single-grouser track shoe were designed. After the examination, the forging has good forming effect, qualified dimension and stable quality，which can meet the production requirements.
