Abstract:
For the existing problems of CNC monitoring equipments, a method combining with signal processing technology was proposed to construct online monitor platform based on virtual instrument. The characteristics of virtual instrument were described, based on which a mutiplex data acquisition, signal analysis and management system supported by computer platform was developed,and the systematic monitoring principle, method, hardware and software function structures were introduced. The signal mutiplex acquisition, dynamic display, real-time analysis and data storage based on database were realized, therefore the overall performance of CNC turret punch press was improved. Finally, the signal source generated by using virtual signal generator was collected and analyzed,which verified the correctness of system.
