Abstract:
Taking the high strength 5754 aluminum alloy for automobile as the research object, the effect of hot rolling temperature, cold rolling deformation and other factors on the properties and microstructure of alloy were studied. The results show that when the hot rolling temperature of 5754 aluminum alloy sheet is between 400~440 ℃, the hot-rolled plate has good rolling effect with no obvious cracks. With the increasing of rolling temperature, the tensile strength and elongation of alloy plates decrease, and the maximum values of tensile strength and elongation of hot rolled sample are got at 400 ℃. When the cold deformation changes between 35%~65%, the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of alloy plates increase gradually, while the elongation decreases. The mainly changes of mechanical properties occur during deformation of 45% to 55%.
