Abstract:

In view of the characters of intensive small holes in the bottom, flanging, convex hull with structure of complex shape and dimensional accuracy high require of stamping separator parts, the layout of parts and the mold structure design were studied. Besides using the traditional methods to promote the mold and positioning precision, the new methods of precise shape of the blank, twice convex hull, intensive small holes stamped step by step etc. were adopted. The structure of strip anti-misdirected equipment was redesigned to solve the problem that the whole size of the mold increased caused by the often using of equipment. The surface indentation flaw of parts was solved by setting the internal limit column in the mold. Using the three dimensional design of the mold, the subsequent NC machining program was convenient to generate.
