Abstract:
Green manufacturing technology on stamping mold CAD/CAM is an advanced manufacturing technology which combines mold CAD/CAM with green manufacturing technology, including four parts such as green mold design, green mold processing, green packaging, recycling and disposal of mold.Taking stamping mold used for car door hinge as the research object,the characteristics and advantages of stamping mold CAD/CAM green manufacturing technology compared to the traditional mold design and manufacturing technology were elaborated from four aspects such as mold design, processing, transportation and packaging, recycling and disposal of the car door hinge mold. As for mold CAD/CAM green manufacturing technology on car door hinge, the green design of car door hinge mold is realized in the way of standardization of car door hinge mold structure.The green mold part processing is completed by using CAD/CAM integrated manufacturing technology. Both the double-degradable plastic film and honeycomb cardboard with excellent environmental performance are taken as the green packaging materials for car door hinge mold. The recycling and disposal of car door hinge mold are realized in the way of assorted demolition and utilization once again. Finally the green design and manufacturing of stamping mold are achieved.
