Abstract:

According to different rolling procedures and two different kinds of coiling temperature 580 and 630 ℃,the rolling experiment was realized by cold rolling control method in order to study the changing regularities of microstructure and performance of the Q420 low alloyed high strength steel after rolling thermomechanical treatment. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the experimental steel is ferrite + granular bainite under the two kinds of coiling temperatures. The yield strength, hardness and tensile strength of the experimental steel decrease with the increase of the coiling temperature, while elongation increases. When the coiling temperature is 580 ℃, the microstructure of the experimental steel is relatively small and even, whose comprehensive mechanics performance is better.
