Abstract:

The hot stamping technology of ultra-high strength steel is one of the most important ways to realize auto lightweight and increase the impact safety, and it is widely applied in the auto industry. Therefore, searching for the new heating technology and equipment is the most important research at present. Based on the principle of hot stamping, the influence of heating parameters on the sheet forming was studied, and the three heating methods of radiation, induction and conduction were briefly introduced and their investment cost and heating efficiency etc. were comprehensive compared. Then the roller hearth furnace was analyzed regarding issues of the heating ways, atmosphere in the heating furnace and conveying of china roller etc., and some new efficient concept furnaces were given.
