Abstract:

The material of automobile rear towing hook bracket is DP600, which is a widely used material in automobile lightweight process. The stamping process of progressive die blanking and piercingbendingforming and flangingshaping and piercing was designed through the analysis of the parts features. As for the blanking and piercing process, the composite layout was designed, in which the material usage rate was 71.56%, and the steel plate was respectively blanked by designing two stations in progressive die. After calculation of the cutting force, the design of the die dimension and tolerance and the selection of mould frame, the stamping machine STD-300 was chosen. For blanking and piercing progressive die, the unloading device, the floating device and support structure were designed, which could separate the blanking parts and waste materials from two sides of the die. During the process of the manufacture, the insert block structure was used for the main work parts, as for the convenience of the die adjusting. The whole dimension tolerance of the parts produced by this die can meet the technology requirement, and the produce frequency is larger than 30 times per minute.
