Abstract:

The complicated outline of back beam of car, the large draw depth and serious stress concentration during the stamping forming lead to springback and distortion on the formed part. Aimed at solving problems of insufficient compensation of the flanging-springback, imprecision calculation of blank holder force,lack of consideration on the forming characteristics of steel parts with  large size and high strength in the original process, a reasonable stamping process was formulated by the stress analysis during the stamping forming, namely, blankingdrawingtrimmingsizing-flangingpunchingpunching-flanging. On the basis of the above optimized process and the stamping characteristics of the beam, the blank holder, drawbead and thin film lubrication were added, the springback could be reduced, and the quality of parts was improved.
