Abstract:

Based on the analysis on vertical vibration of cold rolling mill, the vertical vibration can be controlled effectively by adjusting performance of the emulsion and diluting emulsion concentration. It was found that crossflow of emulsion between two racks affected the adjustment on emulsion seriously. The causes of crossflow were analyzed from inter-rack jet beam, tension roll, upper and lower fluid baffle plate, purge beam, threading guide plate, etc. After that, the improvement measures were put forward, namely, adjusting jet beam position between two racks, moving the tension roll and the dam roller backwards, increasing the return flow rate of emulsion, changing purge beam shape as the zigzag with big angle, modifying fluid baffle to increase the arc groove, and improving threading guide to help emulsion reflux, etc.
