Abstract:

The platy gear demands high internal and external axiality and flatness, and its production lot is very large. According to this characteristic,upside-down compound die and swaging-pushing system were designed, in order to make the upside-down compound die have high precision and flatness as the same as the ordinal compound stamping parts. In addition, by using mold external output device, the compound die also possessed the easy operation and high productivity as the same as the progressive die. At last, instead of the stepped die shank,the cover board die shank was chosed. In this case, it is very convenient for cutter sharpening and the renewal of aging rubber.
