Title:Analysis on vibration characteristic of blade rolling mill roller under quasi-periodic excitation

Abstract:
Nonlinear vertical vibration dynamic model of blade rolling mill was established based on the action of periodic external excitation under two different frequencies. The change law of amplitude-frequency response under the periodic external excitation of two different frequencies and the influence of high frequency excitation parameters on dynamic characteristics of system were studied through the method of multiple scales to solve amplitude-frequency characteristic equation of system with resonance. It is concluded that natural frequency increases with the rise of high frequency excitation coefficient, and the vibration amplitudes of the main system frequency and high frequency increases. As the frequency of high-frequency excitation increases within a certain range, the high frequency amplitude decreases correspondingly.
