Title:Research on the drawing of S-shaped girder by dislocation tailor-welded blank based on FEM

Abstract:
The mature technology of S-shaped girder was analyzed and optimized by FEM simulation, and the effectiveness of dislocation tailor-welding technology in improving material utilization, reducing the risk of forming and process steps was verified by comparidg with dislocation tailor-welding technology. CAE simulation and verification show that the process steps reduces from seven steps to six steps,the material utilization rate  increases from 49.4% to 55.8%, and the welded length using single trolley is shortened from 998 mm to 740 mm. Besides, the weld is added with two block material pins and the weld offset reduces from 30 mm to less than 10 mm by using staggered welding. In conclusion, the batch production shows few problems, which brings good economic benefits.
