Abstract:

The hydraulic pressure machine with double column and inclined structure frame was studied. In order to pre-tight frame reasonably, master the overall property of the frame comprehensively and then provide theoretical reference for the subsequent design and optimization, three traditional conditions of upsetting, reaming and pulling were mainly analyzed. Firstly,the three-dimensional model was built by software I-DEAS, then the model was imported into MARC and calculated by contact algorithm. Each condition was calculated under the center load and the maximum eccentric load. The three-dimensional model shows the size and length slit between the upper and lower beam under different conditions. Calculations show that the reaming condition has no slit, and the upsetting and pulling conditions have 0.21 mm and 0.12 mm slits respectively. Therefore, in the practical operation, the front and back eccentricity during upsetting should be controlled. The above calculation is proved to be feasible by actual forging process of the machine.
