Abstract:

In order to ensure the hammering performance of liquid-air hammer 40 t·m to meet high temperature forging technology of titanium alloy parts in the field of aviation and improve control accuracy of the forging equipment, the dynamic characteristics of liquid-air hammer in the hammering process was studied, and Lagrange dynamics model was established in the stages of non-plastic deformation and plastic deformation. Furthermore, when the different hammering parameters (hammering air pressure and hydraulic system pressure) were analyzed, the dynamic characteristics of the interaction of hammer head and hammer body were numerically simulated. Finally, the movement regularity of liquid-air hammer in the hammering process was revealed, and the basic data and theory of control accuracy system were summarized. The experimental results show that the control system can meet the requirements of liquid-air hammer 40 t·m in the precision hammering process.
