Abstract:

For the wrinkling problem produced in the drawing of cylindrical part, the influences of the blank shape and size, blank-holder force, die corner radius friction coefficient, on wrinkling were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The arrangement of the orthogonal experiment was simulated by the software Dynaform, and “the biggest thickening rate”, which was the examination indicator of the orthogonal experiment, was then obtained. Compared with the trend graph of parameters, the best combination of parameters with A3B1C1D2 was obtained. The levels of the four factors including the blank shape and size, blank-holder force, the die corner radius and friction coefficient are Φ215 mm, 35 kN, R4 mm and 0.125 respectively. Furthermore, the die structure was modified by the optimized parameters, and the qualified product was gained. Therefore, the wrinkling problem of the part was solved at last.
