Title:Analysis and die design on outer panel drawing part of automobile based on Dynaform

KeyWords: The forming process of outer panel drawing part of automobile was analyzed in detail  and the forming process of drawing part was simulated by Dynaform software. Furthermore  the simulation results such as distribution of blank inflow drawing result variation of sheet thickness and FLD diagram were obtained. Through the analysis of simulation results measurements for reducing forming defects were put forward. According to the above results  the drawing die design was conducted  the structure of drawing die and resultant force centre of the die were determined  and the upper die  blankholder and lower die were designed. Then the working principle was introduced in detail and the actual blanking test was conducted. The results show that the structure of drawing die is optimized and the designing efficiency and reliability are improved by means of numerical simulation and the qualified outer panel part of automobile is obtained through actual test.

Abstract:
