Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements in isothermal forging modification, the optimization request of control system was determined, and the overall structure and hardware configuration of control system were optimized by analyzing defects and characteristics of the control system in detail. Then, the network structure with two-level control was put forward. Through analyzing the characteristics of mainstream industrial communication networks, the industrial Ethernet was applied in the upper monitor network, and the PROFIBUS-DP field bus was used in the lower control network. Two hardware configuration schemes of master station+ intelligent slave stations and master-slave distributed I/O were proposed. After analyzing both advantages and disadvantages comprehensively and combining with the actual needs, the master-slave distributed I/O mode was selected. Through programming and configuration, the real-time condition monitoring of the control network was achieved. According to the actual application, the optimized control system has high precision and reliability, good real-time performance and easy maintaining, and can meet the requirement. Finally, a hardware support is provided for isothermal forging modification according to electrical control requirements.
