Abstract:
Bars produced by the traditional free forging hydrauic press have deficiencies of time-consuming, laborious and low alignment accuracy in three-point reverse bending alignment process. For the above problems, a kind of 20 MN C type automatic straightening machine was put forward based on the non-contact measurement, and the bars could be measured automatically by the two-dimensional laser displacement sensor installed in the straightening machine. Then, the bars bending parameters were calculated according to the measuring data, and the bending shape was confirmed. Finally, the F-δ relationship was established in the alignment process, and the straightening process parameters were calculated to achieve a continuous detection and automatic straightening of the bar based on the elastic-plastic deformation theory.
