Abstract:

Abnormal vibration of rolling mill system is the main factor affecting the quality of rolling stock, and the vibration of the rolling mill system is composed of various forms of vibration. However, the vertical vibration and horizontal vibration of the roller system are the main vibrations. Therefore, according to the actual parameters of a CVC mill in a steel mill, a dynamic coupling model of vertical-horizontal vibration of the mill was established and applied, and vibration responses were obtained under different variable parameters. Then, the correctness of the simulation was verified by studying the data of on-line vibration monitoring system of the rolling mill. The results show that the coupling vibration exists in the rolling work roll, and the vibration characteristics of the rolling mill are related to various rolling parameters. Thus, the proper adjustment of the process parameters can effectively reduce the vibration of rolling mill.
