Abstract:

The forging production line and its digitization constitution were analyzed, and the digitization of forging production line was usually composed by the digitization on technology and equipment, process parameters, products, operation and maintenance. For the digitization of production process in forging production line, namely, the digitalization of process parameters, its constitution was introduced. Then, the various parameters collected in the production process were indicated, and the relationship between master control rooms and various devices during the production process was described. Meanwhile, the brief implementation steps of the digitization of production process in forging production line were indicated. Finally, the relationship between the digitization of forging production line and the expert system was analyzed, and the importance of digitization of the production process in forging production line was indicated. On the one hand, it helpes to realize the transparency of production process and the traceability of product, on the other hand, it provides data supports for expert system.
